Here's the crazy story from last week - my BMW Z3 got the service engine light... no biggie except it turns out that a rodent ate through the fuel line...

Long story short - these guys kept me in the loop, fixed everything and threw in a free side reflector that was broken too. I was also impressed when I got the car delivered to my house and it was not only fixed but washed too!

I know I am in marketing and there's no such thing as a free lunch but I was still happier to pay the bill when I discovered these little "perks".
