Rodents eating through cars
Incredible thing... So my BMW came from service after a rodent ate through the fuel line. Nearly $2K later I got the car (thanks Essex BMW). Then my Volvo went to standard maintenance and two days after I got it back the "check engine" light goes on... back to the service... Day and a half later I was told that - you guessed right - that a rodent ate through some line in the fuel system. Luckily it just cost me $200 although I was waiting for more.
This hasn't been a good month for our cars - even my wife's suburban had a break problem (some rotor thingy) and of course none of this stuff is under the extended warranty. Sometimes you wonder why you pay for the warranty :-(
